Anxiety, Depression, PTSD,

Even before the pandemic, Time Magazine reported that “nearly 40% of college students said they had felt so depressed in the prior year that it was difficult for them to function, and 61% of students said they had “felt overwhelming anxiety” in the same time period, according to an American College Health Association survey of more than 63,000 students at 92 schools” (Read Full Article >>). Service dogs can help. Whereas “emotional support” animals can’t be brought to class to ease a panic attack over a test, service dogs can be. And with training, an emotional support animal can become a service dog. I created this website for my students who have asked me about service dogs.
